State Flag from the Secretary of State. To purchase a Nebraska flag that has been flown over the Capitol contact the Capital Corner Gift Shop, PO Box 94883, Lincoln NE 68509  telephone 402-471-2062.   They will arrange to have the Secretary of State's office fly the flag over the Capitol.
